Zeekr user account

To maximize your Zeekr experience and access personalized services and features, you need a Zeekr user account and the Zeekr app. Download the Zeekr app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You can have a user account even if you do not own a Zeekr car. When you create a user account, a unique identifier, Zeekr ID, is generated and connected to the account.

To create a user account, register on zeekr.eu or in the Zeekr app. If you are the owner of a Zeekr car creating an account, make sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased the car.

If your user account is registered as the owner of a Zeekr car, your car is connected to your account. A Zeekr car can only be associated with one owner account at a time. However, the Zeekr car can be shared with others through the Zeekr app. This requires other users to have their own Zeekr user account.

It is always possible to access and use a Zeekr car without a Zeekr account, using physical keys.

To be able to store relevant driver information and comfort settings, a driver profile is created and linked to your Zeekr ID. Multiple driver preferences can be created. See Driver profile.

In case of any issues with your Zeekr ID or user account, or if you need to make changes, contact Zeekr Support (zeekr.eu/contact).

Note: If you decide to sell or return the car, you must remove your ownership. See Return or sell the car.
