Charging troubleshooting

If the LED by the car's charging port has a solid red light, there is a charging fault. Try to charge with another charging station. If the fault remains even if other stations are used, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner. Do not intervene or modify any of the charging equipment or ports.
