Traffic sign information
The traffic sign information function uses the forward-facing camera to detect and interpret traffic signs and display relevant symbols on the driver display.
The function includes an over speed alert to help the driver keep within the speed limit. The driver is alerted with a visual or audible warning if the car exceeds the speed limit by approximately 1 km/h.
Note: The car needs permission to access vehicle location data for traffic sign information to function properly. For more information, see Navigation system setup.
The over speed alert is active by default at the start of each journey.
To turn on/off or adjust overspeed alert:

The audible over speed alert can also be disabled in the swipe-down menu.
It is also possible to turn on audio notifications when the speed limit changes.
To turn on/off audio notifications for speed limit changes:

Note: The audio notification setting for the speed limit update alert remains selected for future driving cycles.
