Hazardous situations overview

In case a hazardous situation occurs, follow the steps under the relevant section to try to resolve the issue. If you need more information or are unable to resolve your current issue by following the steps in the respective section of this chapter, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner for additional help. In case of a collision, the hazard warning lights will usually activate automatically. If the hazard warning lights do not turn on automatically, or if it is necessary to turn them on for another reason, press the hazard warning lights button on the upper front section of the overhead console to turn on/off the hazard warning lights.

When an airbag or emergency impact sensor is triggered, the car automatically places an emergency call to an emergency rescue service so that the occupants can speak with an emergency service operator. It is also possible to make a manual emergency call in an emergency situation. For more information, see Emergency rescue.
