Discharged low voltage battery

Discharged low voltage battery

Warning
•  To avoid short circuits, do not touch anything other than the battery terminals with the jumper cables, and do not let the positive and negative 12 V terminals touch each other. Follow the instructions very carefully. Failure to do so could lead to serious injury or death.
•  Make sure to tie or tape the 12 V wires together after using them to open the car door. Failure to do so will cause a short circuit, which could lead to damage to the car, serious injury, or death.
NOTICE
•  Do not use an external low voltage battery with higher voltage than 14.4 V. Doing so could damage the car.
While the high voltage battery level of charge is above 10%, it keeps the low voltage battery charged. If, for some reason, the low voltage battery reaches a level of charge below 30%, it will automatically shut off. This could happen if the high voltage battery is kept below 10% level of charge for an extended period of time.
A discharged low battery voltage will cause the following issues:
The doors and the front and back hood cannot be opened.
The high voltage battery cannot be charged.
If the low voltage battery has shut itself off because the level of charge is below 30%, it can be restarted again. To restart the low voltage battery:
Graphic
1.
Press and hold the tailgate button for five seconds.
After restarting the low voltage battery, charge the high voltage battery as soon as possible so that it can start charging the low voltage battery again.
Note: If the low voltage battery does not restart after pressing and holding the tailgate button for five seconds, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner.
Note: If the high voltage battery is at a level of charge above 10% but still does not charge the low voltage battery, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner.
If the low voltage battery cannot be restarted, the passenger compartment can still be reached by using an external low voltage power source.
